Refund Policy

1. Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access remains active through the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund eligibility

• Duplicate charges or billing errors are eligible for refund review.
• Service outages materially impacting core functionality may qualify for prorated credit/refund.
• Usage-based overage charges may be reviewed for clear technical miscalculation.

3. Non-refundable cases

• Charges from normal usage within agreed plan/overage terms.
• Failure to cancel before renewal date.
• Account suspension due to terms violations.

4. Request window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of charge date with account email, invoice/charge details, and issue summary.
